Cancellation Policy
All bookings include two parts: the preparation of your individualized astrological chart and the live one on one session. Chart preparation is completed in advance of your scheduled appointment and represents fifty percent of the total service. You may cancel your appointment up to forty eight hours before your scheduled session with no penalty. If you cancel within forty eight hours of your appointment, a fifty percent cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers the time and work already completed on your chart, which will still be delivered to you by email even if the live session does not take place. Clients who cancel within the forty eight hour window are welcome to rebook. However, the fifty percent fee remains due in accordance with this policy, as the chart work has already been completed. By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
